Cancellation / Changes Orders cannot be cancelled or changed without approval from DHC Furniture, INC. Customer is responsible for all costs incurred prior to DHC Furniture, INC receiving cancellation or change. Returns No return products will be accepted for exchange, credit or repair unless prior written consent is given by DHC Furnitue, Inc. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent to the buyer freight collect. Custom special orders are not subject to return. Hold Orders Any orders held by DHC Furniture, Inc for more than 30 days will be invoiced and must be paid promptly. After 30 days, a daily storage charge will be assessed. Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently.
